Work life balance
Over 7 years, I've been lucky to transition from art directing campaigns in advertising to designing products that reach millions of students and families in EdTech. My visual design background allows me bring a different perspective to product design where I think deeply about how to make complex educational tools feel approachable and engaging.
I've learned that the best work happens when you really listen to the people you're designing for and stay curious about the problems you're solving. Learning is a life long endeavor. I’m always trying to improve–whether that's learning new research methods or figuring out how to make complex systems feel simple and intuitive. Behind every data point is a human story worth understanding.
When I'm not at my desk, you'll probably find me outside on a long run, experimenting with new recipes for friends, getting completely absorbed in a fantasy novel, or exploring new countries with my partner. These things keep me grounded and remind me why human connection matters so much—in life and in design.
